I'M INTERESTED IN TALKING TO YOU - WHAT NOW?
Please email me or send a message via the contact section. I will then get back to you with time choices for a free and non-committal taster session. During this first meeting, we will get to know each other, you will be invited to voice your hopes and expectations, and equally, I will introduce my approach and introduce my counselling agreement. This way, you can make an informed decision about entering counselling.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
My regular session fee is £95. During the free taster session, we discuss how feasible this is for you personally and what session structure might work best for you and your circumstances. For example, we might agree on working short-term at a 'faster pace' and manage your goals regular reviews; for others a bi-weekly structure is more appropriate. Concession rates are available for students, pensioners and people on low-income.
HOW LONG DO PEOPLE STAY IN THERAPY?
How long people stay in therapy varies and depends entirely on the individual. People enter counselling for different reasons and at different stages in their journey. Whilst some search for support with a specific challenge, others hope for a more general, explorative experience. There are even some that realise, along the way, that their specific issue applies to more areas in their lives and decide to remain in therapy. I offer short-term and open-ended contracts, however regularly review the client's experience of their journey, their therapeutic goals and preferences along the way.
